As part of our commitment to a drug-free workplace, all RMS candidates for employment have to undergo a pre-employment drug test.

ORIENTATION & TRAINING

Professionally designed and executed training programs can receive knowledgeable and highly motivated security guards, supervisors, officers, managers and support personnel’s. When we recruit security personnel’s, we train them in our institute for ten days with well-trained security instructors. They have trained them in various fields which include basic knowledge of security, firefighting, and first aid. On completion of training we conduct exams, medical and physical fitness test, only who is through will be posted to the proposed location. Not only do we train the Guards in institute but more so at the sites apt to the specific requirement of each site. It is the strength of this training that makes our guards, meet the growing expectations of every customer.

Healthcare Facilities

Hospitals, health systems and other medical facilities encounter many unique security challenges as a result of the constant flow of patients and visitors, fast-paced and often hectic emergency departments, patient confidentiality requirements and other factors. RMS understands the unique needs of healthcare facilities. We have experience providing security for a variety of healthcare facilities from small, private medical offices to large complex private hospitals. Our intensive training prepares our staff to handle situations specific to the healthcare market that includes fire safety, crisis prevention and domestic preparedness.

Guard Monitoring

Our field staffs are equipped with mobile phone and are accessible round the clock to attend any problems immediately. Specially structured software enables us to monitor round the clock so that every guard will be at their sites, enabling us to keep the customer informed about every guard on our rolls.

INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT

We are also having special services like document verification, signature verification and finger prints verification through finger print and handwriting experts. We manage intelligence at any site in the areas of industrial espionage, undercover operations, antecedent verification, labor department enquires and liaison including pre - employment verification.
